Millfield Preparatory is increasingly involved in golf coaching and tuition. We have our own 9 hole course and putting green on campus and have use of the Millfield Senior Course at Kingweston.
We have two PGA golf professionals from Millfield Senior School (Karen Nicholls and Stuart Wells) who give golf lessons four times a week to both boys and girls from year 3 to 8. The tuition includes video swing analysis, long and short game and helping with course management. Both Karen and Stuart have vast experience not only in coaching but playing to the highest level.
We compete successfully in various Preparatory School golf competitions, including our own Open tournament held annually in June at Kingweston. Our recent successes include: Stowe Putter winner in 2004, IAPS Golf Championship individual winner and Best team winners in 2006.
