Entry Process
If you would like us to consider your child for a place, the first thing to do is to come and visit us. We would be delighted to give you a tour of the School and if you think your child would enjoy Millfield you can formally apply for a place by returning the completed Registration Form and Fee (see PDF link at bottom of page for printable form). We shall then request a current Headteacher's report and on receipt of this, invite you to bring your child for a taster day. We would then formally offer a place and the return of the Acceptance Form and Fee completes the entry procedure. You may, of course, enter your child for future years but we would not normally complete the paperwork until the year preceding admission.
Two year olds may enter the September after their second birthday.
Thereafter, children may enter at anytime throughout the academic year.
Transfer to Millfield is usual but not automatic. It is subject to good behaviour and a satisfactory standard of academic work.
Parents registering for a Pre-School child are required to complete both forms.
Registration for the Reception year onwards require only the main form.
