Vanessa Berrow
Vanessa works in the Pre-Prep office.
Bridget Boyd
Bridget, a qualified Forest School Leader, teaches in Pre-School with our youngest children aged 2-4 years. She is PE, geography and history coordinator. She particularly enjoys working on songs for Pre-Prep productions during the year.
Jane Leonard
Jane is an EYFS lunch time supervisor
Lizzie Brittain
Lizzie is a teaching assistant in Y1. She uses her design and needlework experience to help with costumes and scenery for our end of term productions. She enjoys visiting the local scrapstore where she sources items which can be made in to a variety of unusual props and adornments.
Helen Childs
Helen, also a qualified Forest School Leader, is one of two Millfield Mini staff. Millfield Minis are a recent introduction to the Pre-Prep providing exciting opportunities and experiences for children aged 1 - 2 ½ years and their parents.
Charlotte Cocks
Charlotte works in the Pre-School – her creative personality is valued throughout the Department.
Deb Gabb
Deb teaches French throughout the Pre-Prep and is the Head of Pre-Prep’s relief. She works with the older children to provide the percussion accompaniment in our end of term productions.
Jenny Hawkins
Jenny is a member of the LDC and works on a part time basis in the Pre-Prep supporting the children with literacy and numeracy difficulties.
Kate Hooper
Kate is our Millfield Minis coordinator - our new group for parents and children aged 1 - 2 ½ years. She particularly enjoys art work and can be relied upon to create exciting and innovative displays of children's work.
Anne Link
Anne teaches in Y1. She is science and design and technology cocoordinator. Anne is the Pre-Prep link with the MPS Green Team promoting sustainability within the school.
Emma Luxford
Emma is the Reception class Teaching Assistant - she has worked alongside Lucy Smith and is now able to deliver the developmental exercise programme to the Reception children. She also joined other Pre-Prep staff in a Kidz-fiz-biz training session led by Marlene Rattigan.
Lynne Mitchell
Head of Pre-Prep, Mrs. Mitchell teaches in Reception and is the RE, Art and EYFS co-ordinator. She particularly enjoys using the outdoors as a teaching and learning environment.
Sarah Neeve
Sarah teaches a Y2 class. She is coordinator for Assessment, Maths and Music and is joint English coordinator with Anne Link. She works with the Pre-Prep team to produce the productions.
Sue Richards
Sue works in the Pre-School and her particular interest is in children’s language development.
Lucy Smith
As well as being a Reception teacher, Lucy is responsible for Special Needs throughout the department and is the direct link with the LDC. Following training and a trip to Poland, Lucy has introduced a developmental exercise programme to the EYFS with the aim of identifying and supporting any underlying developmental difficulties children may have accrued during the first twelve months of life.
Elly Sturges
Elly is a member of the Music Department, she takes the Reception children and Y1 for a weekly music session.
Caroline Saunders
Caroline coordinates and runs the after school care for the Pre-Prep children.
Gill Taylor
Gill is one of our lunchtime play and after school care staff. She regularly accompanies groups on educational visits and supports the Pre-School and Reception children at swimming.
Maria Towner
Maria is a lunchtime supervisor. She also helps with crèche and late club.
Helen Trenner
Helen works in Year 2 as a Teaching Assistant. She is a keen photographer and runs an after school photography club for the older children.
Mary Webb
Mrs. Webb is Director of Music, she takes a weekly music lesson with Y2.
