Non Teaching Staff
The educational work of Millfield Senior School and Millfield Prep School is supported by a team of approximately 210 full-time and 460 part-time non-teaching staff. This team consists of highly skilled and experienced people who play a vital role in the life of the school.
They work in a wide variety of areas, including medical, academic support, audio-visual, secretarial, library, estates, grounds and gardens, finance, IT, administration, personnel, marketing, transport, catering, cleaning, security, stewarding, laundry, equestrian, lifeguarding, health and safety, the school shops and Millfield Enterprises.
Each boarding house has a dedicated team of matrons and/or cleaners who assist the houseparents in providing a caring and safe environment for the young people in our care.
