Development
The aims of the development programme are:
- To promote and create a more supportive School community by maintaing, renewing and encouraging the involvement of Old Millfieldians (OMs), parents and friends in the life of the School
- To build a culture of giving where there is regular financial support, providing the means by which the School can:
- Maintain the 'Millfield Mix' by broadening pupil access through the provision of more scholarships and bursaries
- Maintain the School's high standards by enhancing and developing its facilities
In the summer of 2011 a Campus Masterplan has been undertaken which will provide a blueprint for future development of the Prep and Senior campuses over the next 10-20 years.
The OM Society and Development Office enjoy common goals and are working in cooperation.

A highly experienced independent school Development Director who has established and managed development at leading schools in the UK, Australia and Europe. He has chaired the IDPE and ADAPE national bodies in the UK and Australia and served as a trustee of CASE Europe.

A former student of Millfield and Downing College, Cambridge and until recently manager of the well-known Mullions Hotel in Street. Louise joined the School in May 2010 and was instrumental in the success of the 75th Gala Dinner.
